Introduction <ul><li>Circuit city is a company that has succeeded in selling electronic items through its 650 retail superstores in 45 states. </li></ul><ul><li>In 1993 Richard Sharp, the head of Circuit City and W. Austin Ligon , Senior Vice President (Corporate Planning) came up with the idea of applying the “Big Box” retail concept to the selling of used cars. </li></ul>
