Yes, I always stand away from the main road while waiting for the school bus.

I say, “May I come in ma’am”?, I say, “May I ask something”? I say, “Can I give answer ma’am”?, I say, “Can I drink water ma’am”? May I have your attention, please?, Will you please permit me to speak? Will you please move a bit?, Will you mind speaking a bit so softly please?, Will you please let me sit?

We should not push or pull in the school. We should not run in the school corridor. We can be injured.

Do you say “Excuse me”, ‘Sorry”, and ‘Please” to your friends and teachers if it is required? Yes, I always say “Excuse me”, ‘Sorry”, and ‘Please” to our friends and teachers if it is required. 16. Do you make fun of your friend? No, I do not make fun of my friend and other school mates. It is a bad habit.

Yes, I always ask my father and offer a glass of water. 6.     Do you take permission to see father drawer? Yes, I take permission. It is a good manner. 7.     Do you take permission before using your father’s mobile? Yes, I take permission from my father before using his mobile.

We should not read others’ mails and mobile sms. 9.     Do you discuss the private affairs of your family to other unknown members of society? We should not discuss the private affairs of our family with outsiders or tell about a family problem. It is a bad habit. Our family members may face problems. 10.Do you give respect to the elders in the family? Yes, I always take care of elders in the family. I respect my elders. I always try to help elders in our family. 11.Do you help your mother in cleaning the house? Yes, I help my mother in cleaning the house.

Yes, I always welcome guest at home. I give them proper respect. We do not fight with brother and sister before the guest. We should not show stubborn behaviour before the guest. Open the door and invite the guests in, smile and be welcoming 19.Do you share favourite food items with your brother and sister? Yes, I share my favourite food with my brother and sister.

Yes, I always go to bed at 10.00PM in the night.

Good Manners “Table Manner” What are good manners when we eat food/we take meal with family members and guests? LET LEARN TABLE 25 GOLDEN TABLE MANNERS TO BECOME A GOOD HUMAN BEING. Note:- Table manner may be different from one country to another country, however these are some of universal rules which are followed in all over the world. Wash your hand before eating. No toys, or pet to brought to the table. Take your cap off at the dinner table. Wait for everybody to be seated before starting to eat. Wait until everyone has been served before you eat.

Good Manners “Table Manner” Sit up straight, no slouching, and no elbows on the table. Use your knife to cut and your fork to put the food in your mouth. Ask for things to be passed to you, don't lean over the table. Don't grab everything you want first - help others to get their food and be prepared to share. Bring your food up to your mouth rather than bending over to reach it Cut your food to mouth size pieces Chew food with your mouth closed. Don't talk with your mouth full. It is not a good look! If the food is too hot, do not blow on it. Wait for it to cool Asks for second time if you are still hungry. Do not put your knife in your mouth.

The fork should be facing down Do not play with your food or utensils Do not spit your food out onto your plate. If your hair is long, do not flick it around the table Do not comb your hair at dinner table It is good manner to let the elders to talk on the table. Do not fight with brother/sister and mother at dinner table Do not pick or blow your nose at the table, excuse yourself and go to the bathroom Say thank you to your mother or the cook for the lovely meal. They will feel happy. 

Good Manners “Table Manner” Indian ethos and cultures are different from place to place. Sometimes,  somewhere , people may prefer to sit on earth for eating food in a mass level.  People usually prefer to eat food on banana leaf or other wide green leaf for  the cause of purity. So we have to respect our culture too and follow the rituals  and custom of eating.

We should be polite to others. 2. Should we use bad language in public? No, we should not use bad language in the public. It is offensive to others. It is not courteous behaviour. 3. Do you offer your seat to more needy person like an old person, lady, a mother with baby in her lap, ill or injured person etc? Yes, I do offer my seat to the needy person. We should offer our seat to these person on the bus or train if there is nowhere for them to sit. Please offer your seat. It is a kind act.

Do you keep yourself in queue at public place like railway station, bank, hospitals or other offices? Yes, I always queue up quietly and do not push others. 5. Do you throw your waste material here and there? No, I never do it. I always look for a dustbin. I always throw garbage in a dustbin. 6. Do you talk loudly on phone? No, I always talk slowly or in a low voice on mobile phone. 7. Do you respect public property? Yes, I respect public property. I do not misuse and break public property. 8. Do you make fun of anyone’s appearance or way of talking? I do not make fun of anyone’s appearan
