Check : Is the clearance between the right looper and the needle is too wide? Adjustment : When the right looper moves right backward, the clearance to the needle has to be0.1 mm, which is using the correct right looper. (Each model has the mostappropriate right looper for 1 needle, 2-needle, heavy materials, or light materials.)Check : Is the clearance between the right looper and the left needle is too wide when using2 needles? Adjustment : Because of the correlation of the left/right positions while assembling the right looper and up/down moving positions of the right looper seat, adjust the movement path of the looper. When the right looper is descending, decrease the descending amountfrom the left to the right needle.  Attachment BK - The lint is too long. Could be : a. The backward pulling strength is not enough after the thread is fed..b. BK12E spring is too loose.c. The feed dog is too high to make the thread into the groove of the needle plate.d. The position of BK10 is adjusted improperly.  Attachment BK - BK18E does not function well. Could be : a. GB13-1 doesn't bend well.b. Presser foot isn't smooth.g. KU60 and guide plate are too low.h. ES56 extruded too much.i. The clearance between ES48 and trimmer is too far (caution on parallel). j. Improper adjustment on digits of electronic box.  Attachment GA - Gathering function does not work well. Could be : a. Differential feed ratio is not correct adjusted.b. KV16,KV17 are not adjusted well and pressure is not correct.c. The height of feed dog is not enough.
